Our Mission
At Cool Impact Leadership Academy, we are devoted to nurturing the next generation of confident, compassionate, and culturally proud young women. Our mission is to empower girls ages 8–15—especially those from underrepresented communities—by cultivating self-love, cultural awareness, confidence, and social grace through storytelling, leadership training, and joyful learning experiences.
We believe in educating the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. Through literacy, representation, and affirming mentorship, we help girls discover their voice, embrace their brilliance, and walk boldly in who they are.

Leadership Development
Our leadership development empowers girls to own their voice, make confident decisions, and lead with empathy, strength, and purpose—in every space they enter.
Social and Emotional Learning

Our modern etiquette lessons teach grace, respect, and social confidence—equipping girls with the poise and presence to thrive in any setting, from classrooms to community events.
Etiquette 101: Style and Grace
The Cool Impact Leadership Academy is a 3-week summer experience for girls ages 8–15, running Monday through Thursday from June 2 to June 19, 2025. Each week is packed with engaging lessons in leadership, self-esteem, etiquette, and cultural pride—all for an investment of $199 per week, with a one-time registration fee of $50. Spaces are limited to ensure each girl receives personalized attention and support.
